A team of scientists from ICAR-CRIDA, Hyderabad organized a demonstration on biofertilizer application at Gaddamallaiahguda Village, Yacharam Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana on 26th June, 2023. Initially Dr. V. Girija Veni, Senior Scientist (Soil Science) explained about the benefits of using biofertilizers and different methods of application. A method demonstration was held by elaborating step by step procedure for the seed treatment. Later, farmer themselves did the seed treatment as facilitated by our team. The demonstration was attended by Dr. V. K. Singh, Director, ICAR-CRIDA; Dr. K. Ravi Shankar, SIC, TOT; Dr. Sanjeeva Reddy, Principal Scientist (FMP); Dr. P. K. Extension) and Dr. Jagriti Rohit, Scientist (Agril. Extension).
