Cleanliness and sanitation drive were conducted at ICAR-Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture (CRIDA), Hyderabad on 19th December, 2024 as part of Swacchta Pakhwada by involving students of IARI Mega University Hyderabad Hub. Initially swacchta pledge was taken by all the students followed by swacchta rallie.

Later cleanliness drive was conducted in the campus premises. A selfie point was also installed at the institute premise to make awareness, encouraging staff and visitors to take selfies and contribute to the awareness of swacchta initiative.

The selfie point was inaugurated by Dr.Panjab Singh, Former DG ICAR & Chairman, QRT, ICAR-CRIDA in the presence of Dr. V.K. Singh, Director, ICAR-CRIDA. The selfie booth will remain open to all as a reminder of CRIDA’s dedication to creating a cleaner and green future.
