Dr. K Sreenivas Reddy, Principal Scientist( SWCE), Division of Respurce management, ICAR- CRIDA is conferred with "Eminent Engineer Award, 2022" by Institution of Engineers(IE), Hosur, Tamilnadu on 16/09/2022 in the inaugural function of national seminar and Convention of Agricultural Engineers held at Adiamman Engineering Collage, Hosur. The award was given away by Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Prof Dr. T Armugam, Thiruvalluvar University, Chennai.. The award was given to Dr Reddy for his contributions in the field of agricultural engineering particularly Water Resource Management in Rainfed Agriculture.

भाकृअनुप - केंद्रीय बारानी कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान (क्रीडा) को आईसीएआर का राजऋषि टंडन राजभाषा पुरस्कार क्रीड ा, हैदराबाद को राजभाषा के क्षेत्र में वर्ष 2020-21 के दौरान परिषद के संस्थानों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करनोपरांत प्रथम स्थान स्वरूप राजऋषि टंडन राजभाषा पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया । यह पुरस्कार दिनांक 16 जुलाई, 2022 को आईसीएआर के 94वें स्थापना दिवस और परिषद के वार्षिक पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह के अवसर पर ए.के.शिंदे सभागार, NASC परिसर, पूसा, नई दिल्ली में प्रदान किया गया । डॉ. विनोद कुमार सिंह, निदेशक, क्रीडा ने श्री नरेंद्र सिंह तोमर, माननीय केंद्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री, भारत सरकार से राजभाषा पुरस्कार स्वरूप शील्ड ग्रहण की तथा डॉ.संतराम यादव, सहायक निदेशक (राजभाषा) ने श्री पुरुषोत्तम रूपाला, मत्स्य एवं पशुपालन राज्यमंत्री से प्रमाणपत्र ग्रहण किया । इस अवसर पर नीति आयोग के चेयरमैन; माननीय सांसद; डी.जी,आईसीएआर, सचिव, आईसीएआर और मंचासीन अन्य गणमान्य विभूतियों के साथ कृषि मंत्रालय तथा भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद के उच्चाधिकारियों सहित देशभर से पधारे महान कृषि वैज्ञानिक और कृषक समुदाय के सर्वश्रेष्ठ किसान भाई उपस्थित थे ।

CRIDA, Hyderabad was adjudged Best Institute in recognition of the Best Performance in implementation of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India in the ICAR Institute’s situated in Region ‘C’ for the year 2020-21. The Rajrishi Rajbhasha Tandan Award was awarded to this Institute on 16th July, 2022 on the 94th Foundation Day & Annual Award Ceremony of ICAR organized at A.K.Shinde Auditorium, NASC Complex, PUSA, New Delhi.

Dr.Vinod Kumar Singh, Director, CRIDA received the Shield as a First Prize of the award from Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Hon’ble Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and and Dr.Sant Ram Yadav, Assistant Director (OL) received the Certificates from Shri Purushottam Rujpala, Hon’ble Minister of State for Fisheries & Animal Husbandry in the presence of Hon’ble MP; Chairman of Niti Aayog; Secretary,DARE & DG,ICAR; and Addl.Secy,DARE/Secretary, ICAR alongwith other dignitaries on the dais were also present.

Dr K Sreenivas Reddy, Principal Scientist (SWCE) & CCPI(ACRP-Water) was honored with Gold Medal Award on 05 Nov 2019 in the inaugural function of 4th International conference on Soil and Water Resource Management for Climate Smart Agriculture, Global food and Livelihood security held at NASC Shinde Stadium, New Delhi organised by Soil Conservation Society of India, New Delhi in collaboration with World Association of Soil and water conservation (WASWAC), China and International Soil Conservation Organisation(ISCO), USA. A Gold Medal Award was presented by Dr Trilochan Mahopatra, Hon'ble Director General, ICAR and Secretary, DARE, New Delhi for my Research and Development contribution in Water Resource Management with specific reference to soil and water conservation engineering

Dr. Santanu Kumar Bal, Principal Scientist (Agrometeorology) was honored with "Fellow Award" by Association of Agrometeorologists at International Symposium INAGMET-2019 held at JNU, New Delhi during 11-13 Feb 2019.

ISAE team award for the year 2018 for the research work on "Enhancing Water productivity and Profitability through Climate Smart Farmpond technology in the Tribal region of Telangana" under the project ACRP on Water.. This award was given by Dr. Trilochan Mohapatra, Honble' DG ICAR & Secretary DARE, on 28.01.2019 in the 53rd ISAE Annual convention and International Symposium held at BHU, Varanasi.

Dr. Arun K.Shanker, Principal Scientist (Plant Physiology) got the Scientist of the Award 2015 from the Minister of Science and Technology of Uttarakhand , Surendra Singh Negi in Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) on 21 st Dec 2015 in a conference held in Dehradun. The award is given by National Environmental Science Academy for his work in Heavy metal interaction in plants.

ICAR Inter Zonal Sports Tournament 2014 was held at National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal during 11-14 March 2015. In this tournament, Ms D.G.M. Saroja, Technical Assistant from Central Research Institute for Dryland Agriculture winner of Womens' Chess in the ICAR South Zone Intra Zonal Tournament 2014 represented South Zone as a member of Women’s Chess Team. Ms D.G.M. Saroja, won 4 out of 5 round robin matches in women’s chess and bagged the Silver Medal. Ms D.G.M. Saroja receiving Silver medal from Director, NDRI Karnal on 13 March 2015

Dr. K. Nagasree, Senior Scientist (Agril. Dr. K.A. Gopinath, Senior Scientist (Agronomy), PC Unit, AICRPDA, received 'The Best Editor Award' for outstanding contribution in bringing out "International Journal of Bio-resource and Stress Management" for the year 2013. The award was presented on 7th January, 2015 during the 2nd International Conference on Bio-resource and Stress Management at Hyderabad.
