On 11th July, 2024, Dr. T.V. Prasad, Nodal Officer SCSP & Principal Scientist (Entomology) and Dr. C.N. Anshida Beevi, Scientist (Agril. Extension) visited Mallampet Village of Kotapally Mandal, Mancherial District, Telangana State. Farmer-scientist interface meeting was conducted where significance of society formation and its functionality were explained to the farmers.

Also discussed about the various activities planned for this season.

Later poultry cages were distributed to the members of women group ‘SC Mahila Mutually Aided Cooperative Thrift and Marketing Society Limited Kotapalli’ registered under SCSP. A total of 21 cages were distributed to the women beneficiaries. After that, team has monitored other interventions made under the programme and identified various sites where percolation tanks to be renovated this year.
