Dr. Anshida Beevi C.N. has been with CRIDA, Hyderabad since 2016. Over the years, she has been involved in extension research. Dr. Anshida's contributions to extension have been recognized nationally. Completed her graduation, BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, from Kerala Agricultural University from 2007 to 2011. Qualified for ICAR-JRF, 2011 and ICAR-SRF, 2013. Pursued Post Graduation and PhD from the Division of Agricultural Extension, ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi under the guidance of Dr. Monika Wason in the year 2013 and 2016 respectively. MSc research was on “An Analytical Study on Changing Livelihood Systems in Coral Islands of Lakshadweep” and PhD research was on “An Analytical Study on Job Performance of Women Extension Personnel in Kerala”. Qualified Agriculture Research Service exam conducted by ASRB in 2013 during her first year of PhD and joined ICAR on 5th July, 2016 after completing PhD. She has been associated in several projects as PI and Co-PI and also coordinated trainings for different stakeholders. Right now, she is leading one project funded by ICSSR on “Assessment of Gender Inclusiveness in Rainfed Agriculture”

• Gender studies and Communication studies including ICT-led extension
• Livelihood system analysis and adoption of rainfed technologies
• Organizational behaviour
