ICAR-CRIDA has participated in exhibition as part of Global Soil Conference on “Caring Soils Beyond Food Security-Climate Change Mitigation and Ecosystem Services” organized by Indian Society of Soil Science (ISSS) during November 19-22, 2024 at NASC, New Delhi.

Hon’ble Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare and Rural Development, Shri. Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the chief guest for the inaugural session. Govt., private, Agri Start Ups, and other ICAR institutes exhibited their technologies.

Dr. V. K. Singh, Director, ICAR-CRIDA, Dr. Rajbir Singh, ADG (A, AF &CC) and Dr. S. K. Chaudhari, DDG (NRM), ICAR visited CRIDA stall. Besides these, various stakeholders including farmers, officials from line departments, scientists from ICAR and SAUs etc. also visited. A team of scientists from ICAR-CRIDA consisting Dr. K. Ravi Shankar, Principal Scientist (Agril. Extension) & SIC, TOT and Dr. C. N. Anshida Beevi, Scientist (Agril. Extension) coordinated the exhibition.
