The Scientific Advisory Committee meeting was held on 02.03.2026 under the chairmanship of Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh, Director, ICAR-CRIDA.

Dr. Chandrakant M.H, Senior Scientist cum Head, KVK and member secretary, SAC at the outset welcomed the guests and members.

Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh, Chairman, SAC and Director, ICAR-CRIDA in his inaugural remarks conveyed his satisfaction with KVK activities and appreciated the contribution of all the line departments in the District for their important role in the progress of agriculture and allied sectors in the Ranga Reddy district.

Dr. Chandrakant M. H, Senior Scientist Cum Head, KVK presented the overview of the KVK activities and flag-ship programs taken up by KVK during 2025-26.

All the Subject Matter Specialists of KVK presented the progress of work in their respective fields for the year 2025-26 and the action plan for 2026-27.

Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh in his Concluding remarks appreciated the dedicated efforts of KVK staff in technology dissemination and farmer empowerment. The committee emphasized that KVK should continue to serve as a knowledge and innovation hub for the district.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, emphasizing continued coordination among stakeholders for enhancing farmers income and sustainable agricultural development in the district.
